Regarding Unauthorized Access and Potential Information Leakage

Dear Valued Customers, 

We have identified an incident of suspected unauthorized access to certain servers of Siam Okamura International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SOI”) on December 23, 2025. Upon detection, appropriate measures were immediately implemented for the affected servers, and in cooperation with external cybersecurity experts, we have been conducting a detailed investigation into the cause and scope of this incident.

At present, no damage or misuse of customer or business partner information has been confirmed. In addition, no impact on other domestic or overseas group companies has been identified because of this incident.

On April 10, 2026, information suspected to have been leaked from SOI was found on the internet. The details and extent of the information involved are currently under investigation. However, SOI continues to operate as usual.

We sincerely apologize for any concern this matter may cause to our customers, business partners, and all related parties. We will continue to take appropriate actions and will promptly provide updates should any information requiring disclosure to arise.

บริษัท สยามโอคามูระอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่) (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “SOI”) ทางบริษัทฯขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าได้ตรวจพบเหตุการณ์ต้องสงสัยว่าเป็นการเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบุคคลภายนอกในเซิร์ฟเวอร์บางส่วนของบริษัทฯ เมื่อวันที่ 23 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ภายหลังจากการตรวจพบ บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินมาตรการที่เหมาะสมกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์โดยทันที และได้ร่วมมือกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบสาเหตุและขอบเขตของผลกระทบอย่างละเอียด

ณ ปัจจุบัน ยังไม่พบความเสียหายหรือการนำข้อมูลของลูกค้าและคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจไปใช้ในทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม และไม่พบผลกระทบต่อบริษัทฯในเครือทั้งในและต่างประเทศ อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว

เมื่อวันที่ 10 เดือนเมษายน พ.ศ. 2569 บริษัทได้ตรวจพบข้อมูลที่สงสัยว่าอาจมีการรั่วไหลจากบริษัทฯ ปรากฏอยู่บนอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยขณะนี้ รายละเอียดและขอบเขตของข้อมูลดังกล่าวยังอยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบ

ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ยังคงดำเนินธุรกิจตามปกติ
